BEEMAL is harvested directly by Orang Asli Honey Hunters from the world’s oldest rainforest in its cleanest and purest form, sieved, and poured into each Beemal bottle to provide a thick flow with its distinct aroma and flavour of Tualang Honey.
BEEMAL had been certified as authentic and contains the right composition of “Tulen” by the following bodies MARDI, SIRIM and GENOM. Even FAMA showcase the honey in International Expo citing beneficial and healing effects rivaling that of Manuka honey.
Consumption:
- Attributed to its antioxidant and anti-microbial properties, Beemal can be traditionally used as treatment for illnesses such as cough, asthma, sinus infection, allergies, acne, mucus phlegm and low immunity.
- Beemal can be a good substitute for sugar for diabetics due to its lower glycemic index (GI) and nutrients content.
Topical application:
- Beemal can also be used topically for wound dressing (eg: diabetic foot ulcer).
